Welcome to MOTA

The Mail Order Traders' Association of Great Britain was founded in 1948.

Its major purpose is to operate a Code of Practice on behalf of the member companies and their customers.

The companies which the Association represents include Otto, Next, JD Williams, Redcats and Express Gifts Limited.

These companies are also members of the British Retail Consortium which represents the home shopping catalogue and e-commerce industry in discussing matters of common interest with Governmental and E.U Institutions.
